Subscription User Guide 

1. Introduction

• Purpose: This document outlines a guide for Subscriptions in GM1 for specific customer roles like Dealer, Distributor.
• 
  
• Introduction: The Subscription Module on the website allows users to easily manage their subscriptions. Once a subscription is added, users can view the upcoming fulfillment date, and a success message will confirm the addition, including a link to My Subscription. This link is conveniently placed in the left sidebar of the category page for quick access. Additionally, on each product detail page, users will find a View Subscription link next to the Add Subscription option, making it easy to manage subscriptions directly from the product page.

2. Subscription Features 

2.1 Subscription Product 

• On the category page, under the Service Essentials section, you'll find a menu for Subscription Products. 
• This menu displays all the products that can be subscribed to, making it easy to see which items are available for subscription. You can refer to the image below to understand how these products are listed and displayed on the page. 
• A new menu item, called Subscription Products, is available under the Service Essentials section of the website. This menu provides users with easy access to all products that are available for subscription. 
• By clicking on the Subscription Products menu, users will be directed to a dedicated page where they can view and explore all the items eligible for subscriptions. This feature simplifies the process of browsing and selecting subscription-based products.

2.2 Add to Subscription Button 

• When a user selects a product from the Subscription Products menu, they will see the product description along with a new button labeled "Add to Subscription". 
• By clicking this button, users can easily add the product to their subscription list. You can refer to the image below for a visual guide on how this button appears and functions.

2.3 View Subscriptions 

• The View Subscriptions hyperlink allows users to quickly access their subscription list. 
• By clicking this link, users are directed to a page where they can manage and review all the products they have subscribed to.

2.4 Create New Subscription: 

• On the Subscription Products page, there is a Create New Subscription button, which allows users to create a subscription for any product. 
• Users can also group multiple products under a single subscription. When creating a new subscription, a pop-up form will appear, prompting the user to enter all necessary details for the subscription. 
• You can refer to the image below for guidance on filling out this form.

• When creating a new subscription, the user must fill in all the mandatory fields in the form. 
• Additionally, the user can choose a payment method from the dropdown menu provided. 
• This selected payment method will be used for all future orders under the subscription.  

• After clicking on the save button user can save the created subscription and can get the success message. 
  

• 2.5 Subscription Description List: 

  • After clicking on the My Subscription hyperlink, users will be taken to a detailed section that displays the name and description of their active subscriptions. 
  • This section provides an overview of each subscription, helping users easily manage and review their subscription details.
  
  

• 2.5 View Button: List: 

  • After clicking the View button, all details related to the subscription will be displayed on the screen, allowing users to see comprehensive information about their subscriptions.  
  • A Rename hyperlink is available next to the subscription name. By clicking this, a textbox will appear, enabling the user to edit and update the name of the current subscription.
  
  
  • Another hyperlink, labelled View Fulfilment’s, allows users to check their upcoming fulfilments. This gives a clear view of when their next subscription deliveries are scheduled.
  
  

• User can also see the details available on screen as below:  
• Subscription Name
• Subscription Duration
• Next Process Date
• Payment Methods
• Status
• Subscription Billing Address
• Subscription shipping Address

• Important Order Information: 

  • Your Next Process Date is the first business day of the following month after you create your subscription..  
  • Orders are placed on this date, and standard fulfillment times apply.
  • Your subscription items will typically ship within two weeks from the Next Process Date.
