Returns & Exchanges

  • Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date in its original condition for a refund of the merchandise value.

  • Customer service must be contacted for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and form for a return to be processed.

  • Return shipping costs will be paid for product that arrives broken, damaged, or defective or is not the product that was ordered.  You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered. 

  • In some cases, a photo of damage may be requested.

  • No returns or exchanges on personalized items or special sizing custom orders unless merchandise is received damaged or defective. Please carefully review your personlization information prior to submitting your order. Items are personalized as they are ordered.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges from the original order.

  • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

  • If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. 

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.

  • Returns will be processed within 10 – 14 business days. 

 

Garments/Apparel Returns

Unless defective, Garments/Apparel do not qualify for reimbursement under the following criteria:

  • Embroidery
  • Dealer personalization
  • Washed and/or worn
  • Special Order for custom sizing (i.e.: outside of the normal sizing stock range Small-XX Large)

Personalization

Personalization is available for an additional charge on a select number of program options.  Items will be personalized based on the information provided and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once an order is submitted.  Character count varies by product, font and scale.  Font styles, thread colors, and personalization locations available have been selected and approved by GM (however this needs to be written correctly for GM).  We do not offer custom fonts or colors and we cannot mix and match fonts or colors on an item.

 

How to Return an Item

Please contact customer service at 1.888.247.5432 for instruction and assistance in returning items.  The customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and form that must accompany merchandise to be returned.  Please ship all authorized returns to:
