1. What is a Subscription?

A subscription allows you to receive Service Essentials products on a recurring basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) without needing to reorder each time.

2. Where can I find Subscription Products?

Under "Service Essentials" in the header, click on "Subscription Products." This directs you to a page listing all available subscription options.

3. How do I create a subscription?

On the Subscription Products page, click "Create New Subscription." You can add multiple products under one subscription, fill in the required details, and select a payment method for future orders. A success message will confirm your subscription, with a link to review it.

4. How do I add a product to an existing subscription?

After selecting a product from the Subscription Products menu, click "Add to Subscription" on the product page and choose the subscription to add it to. A confirmation message will appear, with a link to review your subscription.

5. How do I view my active subscriptions?

Go to "MY ACCOUNT" and click "My Subscriptions" on the left navigation area. This page displays all active subscriptions, allowing you to manage and review them.

6. What information is available in My Subscription?

The My Subscription section provides an overview of all active subscriptions, including details like:

  • Subscription Name
  • Duration
  • Next Process Date
  • Payment Methods
  • Status
  • Billing & Shipping Address

7. Can I rename a subscription or check upcoming deliveries?

Yes! Use the "Rename" link next to the subscription name to edit it. At the bottom of the page, you can view the items, update the list, place the subscription on hold, or delete it.

The "View Fulfillments" link shows upcoming deliveries, giving you a clear schedule of future shipments.

8. What Payment Methods Can I Use?

For subscriptions, all standard payment methods available during regular checkout are accepted, except credit cards. Please note that credit cards are not valid for subscription payments.

9. Important Order Information:

  • Your Next Process Date is the first business day of the following month after you create your subscription..
  • Orders are placed on this date, and standard fulfillment times apply.
  • Your subscription items will typically ship within two weeks from the Next Process Date.
