Display Card - GMC Service Visit Tracking Terms/Conditions Service Visit Tracking (SVT) is an optional service offered by GM Dealerships that use Service Workbench. Customers who elect to use SVT receive automated texts indicating the status of their vehicle in the Service Lane. Dealerships who offer SVT to their customers are required to display the SVT Terms and Conditions. Terms and Condition cards are available for each division: Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac.
